Orders and Returns FAQ

Can I change my order?

Unfortunately, due to our quick turnaround, we're unable to make changes to orders once they've been confirmed. If you have additional needs or wish to discuss other options, please don't hesitate to contact us at customersupport@vidalcrafts.com. We're here to ensure planning your celebration is hassle-free. Even if adjustments can't be made, we'll do our best to help you find a solution.

I don't live in the US. Can I still order? 

We would love to help our international party lovers celebrate their special moments; unfortunately, currently, we only offer shipping to our US customers. In the near future, we're hoping this will change, and we'll be able to help all our customers party worldwide.

The items I ordered had defects or were missing. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear your order didn't arrive in perfect condition. If you've received defective items or something needs to be added to your order, please reach out to us directly at customersupport@vidalcrafts.com.

To help us with the smooth running of assessing the issue, please share your order number and photos. This will help us quickly understand what went wrong and how we can swiftly resolve the issue. If we're at fault, we'll happily send a replacement or offer you a refund.

What's your returns policy? 

We happily offer refunds on unused orders returned within 7 days from the original purchase date. Please visit our returns page for a comprehensive look at our returns policy and how to proceed.

Can I get a refund on part of my order? 

If, for any reason, you're not entirely in love with your items, you can return single items for a full refund (this does not include individual items from variety packs). You have 7 days from the original purchase date to complete your return. 

To be eligible for a refund, your item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Please note that Vidal Crafts does not cover the cost of return postage.

I have requested a refund. How long will it take to receive the money back into my account? 

After your return is approved via our inspection process, we'll process your payment in a few days. You can expect the refunded amount back to your original payment method within 14 days.

Do you offer coupons or discount codes?

To stay informed about our special offers, sign up for our mailing list. Be aware that you cannot use multiple discount codes on a single purchase.

Shipping FAQ

I entered the wrong address when placing my order. Can I change it? 

Your online safety is important to us, so to protect against potential fraud, we're unable to change the address on an order once it's been placed.  See our privacy policy to see how we protect your information.

How long will it take to receive my order?

You can expect to receive your delivery in about 5 to 7 business days with standard shipping and within 1 to 3 business days for expedited shipping for addresses within the continental United States. However, it does come with an additional fee.

Do you do next-day delivery?

We understand you're excited to receive your order. However, we currently don't do next-day delivery. With expedited shipping, you can expect to receive your delivery in 1-3 business days.

Can you ship my items ASAP?

When you place your order, we get to work straight away, carefully selecting and packing your items to ensure they arrive on time; due to demand, we typically process your orders within 1-2 business days.
